COMPLETED INITIATIVES
Several initiatives were completed during the "quiet" phase of the campaign before the public launch in May 2024. Some of funds raised had previously been allocated to these projects.
Rumball Property
The first piece of our Master Campus Plan was to acquire the Rumball property in 2021. While its development is for a future campaign, securing the only bordering parcel of land was a crowning early achievement of this current campaign.
Innes Field and Dome
One of the few benefits of the pandemic was experiencing a dormant period on Innes Field, allowing for a long overdue upgrade. A multipurpose turf that is dual-certified for FIFA soccer and World Rugby was installed, as were anchors in the foundation to secure an air-supported dome. The winterized dome now offers boys year-round field use for training and community events.
Formal Garden
The Formal Garden underwent a significant refurbishment in summer 2022 when a grasslike turf was installed that aided water management and slope stabilization. The result? A lush garden surface that is virtually indestructible to provide a more beautiful and safer play area for students.
